M&N Operating Company, a subsidiary of Enbridge Inc., is the entity responsible for operating and maintaining the pipeline. Operation of the pipeline was transferred to M&N Operating Company upon commissioning.

M&N Operating Company is committed to operating a safe and efficient interstate pipeline consistent with all applicable federal regulations.

M&N Operating Company has an office at the Richmond, Maine compressor station with area offices located in Baileyville and Brewer, Maine; and in Haverhill and Westwood, Massachusetts.

The Gas Control Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to monitor the operations of the pipeline and respond to emergency situations.
